Terms and Conditions – Sartori Atelier

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sartori Atelier. By making a purchase on our website (sartoriatelier.com), you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

Using our services or purchasing products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Some products or services may be offered through third parties and will be subject to their own conditions.

2. Account and Registration

  • In some cases, registering with accurate personal data and creating a password is required to complete a purchase.
  • You may change your password at any time.
  • Sartori Atelier is not responsible if the password is shared with third parties.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All purchases are subject to confirmation and verification, including stock availability, payment validation, and billing information.
  • Prices are valid only for purchases made on this website and are displayed in euros (€).
  • Payment methods available: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

4. Product Ownership and Use

  • All products remain the property of Sartori Atelier or their respective suppliers, and cannot be claimed as intellectual property by the customer.
  • Products are provided without additional guarantees except those legally required.
  • Sartori Atelier is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products.

5. Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Sartori Atelier, each garment is crafted with care, and many items are made-to-order. To maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards, certain restrictions apply:

Products Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

  • Intimate apparel (bottoms, bodysuits) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Limited Edition, custom-made, or personalized items (special sizes, unique lace, requested modifications).

Products Eligible for Return (Refund)

  • Returns are accepted only in case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, with original labels and packaging intact.

Products Eligible for Exchange

  • Bralettes and accessories from the Atelier Collection may be exchanged for a different size.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, with original labels and packaging intact.

 

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at hola@sartoriatelier.com or via WhatsApp with the order link.
  2. Provide your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a brief description.
  3. We will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
  4. Sartori Atelier will cover shipping costs only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or style are not offered for intimate apparel (bottoms, bodysuits) due to hygiene reasons.
For eligible items, such as bralettes and accessories from the Atelier Collection, exchanges are possible but the shipping cost for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking our sizing guide or contacting us before making a purchase.

Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, improper washing, or normal wear.
  • Confirmed defective products may be exchanged or refunded at the customer’s choice.
  • Exceptions apply only if the product description does not match the item received.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination: Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, European Union, and worldwide.
  • Shipping is free in Peninsular Spain for orders over €160.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: prices exclude VAT and include customs management.

7. Fraud Prevention

Some orders may be delayed for verification and fraud prevention purposes.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information is used solely to process orders and related communications.
  • Data is not shared with third parties, except when legally required.
  • Subscription to newsletters is voluntary.

9. Modifications

Sartori Atelier reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
