Vinca choker necklace – lace appliqué on velvet

Vinca is a handmade choker necklace with a lace appliqué and a soft, adjustable velvet strap. It is made to be worn close to the skin, and to feel as good as it looks.

Vinca comes from the Latin word vincire, which means “to bind” or “to wrap around”. The flower rests at the center of your neck, and the lace vines reach around it, following your collarbone. It is light, and it moves with you.

The lace appliqué is cut and placed by hand, and the velvet strap keeps everything soft and comfortable.

The strap is adjustable, so you choose how close or how loose you want it. A snug fit feels defined and confident. A looser fit feels relaxed and easy.

Wear Vinca on its own with a simple neckline, a plain white T-shirt or a silk shirt. It also looks beautiful with a night dress, with lingerie, or with just a bare shoulder. It does not need a special occasion. Wear it on a Wednesday morning, because you want to.
